WorkWit legal notice

This document governs the use of the application WorkWit, developed and distributed by Shooting Stars Lab through Google Play.

1. Data the application processes

WorkWit runs on information stored on the user's own device. The developer has no access to that information, does not receive it on any server and does not share it with third parties.

Jobs, clients and locationsLocal database on the deviceThe user only

This matches the data safety section published on the Google Play listing. If any functionality requiring server-side processing is added in the future, this document and the store declaration will be updated before it is released.

1.1. Third-party data entered by the user

If you record your clients' data inside WorkWit, you are the controller of that processing towards them. The application is a local tool: the developer does not access that information nor store it outside your device. It is your responsibility to inform your clients and to meet your own data protection obligations.

2. Device permissions

The application requests only the permissions needed for the features you use. You can revoke them at any time from the Android settings, bearing in mind that some features will stop being available.

3. Backups and data loss

As the information lives on the device, uninstalling the application or resetting the handset may mean losing it permanently. Using Android's own backup system is recommended.

4. Licence of use

The user is granted a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to install and use the application. Its decompilation, modification, redistribution or commercialisation without the owner's express authorisation is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

The application is provided as is. The developer works to keep it functioning correctly, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability, and is not liable for damages arising from improper use or from data loss caused by the user's device.

6. Minors

The application is not specifically aimed at children under fourteen and does not request identifying personal data.

7. User rights

Since no personal data is collected on the developer's servers, there is no information on which to exercise the rights of access, rectification or erasure. For any privacy enquiry you can write to info@shootingstarslab.com.

8. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Organic Law 3/2018 and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services.

9. Changes

Any relevant change will be reflected in this document and, where applicable, on the application listing. Last updated: August 2026.
