1. What data we process and why

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. No special categories of data are requested.
1. How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to one year from the last contact.
- Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and, afterwards, the applicable tax and commercial limitation periods (up to six years).
- When you withdraw consent, data is deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
2. Recipients and data processors
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Providers acting as data processors under an article 28 GDPR agreement are involved:
- Web hosting provider, for the operation of the site.
- Email provider, for handling communications.
- Contact form provider, for delivering the messages.
Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
3. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw the consent given. To do so, write to info@shootingstarslab.com stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
4. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration, including encryption of communications via HTTPS.
5. Privacy of the applications
The applications published by Shooting Stars Lab on Google Play neither collect nor share users' personal data, as declared in their respective data safety listings. The information you generate inside those applications is stored on your own device.
